Bauer Media
Bauer Media Group appointed The Interiors Group to transform their Dublin headquarters into a vibrant, high-performing hub for Ireland’s most iconic radio brands. The project brief focused on delivering a bespoke, high-energy studio and workplace environment that reflects Bauer Media Group’s creativity, supports a team producing content nearly 24/7, and connects meaningfully with its diverse audiences.
The completed space is a dynamic, functional, and inspiring workplace where innovation and collaboration thrive, providing an ideal setting for the voices and content that accompany listeners throughout their day. Working closely with the client team, The Interiors Group designed and delivered specialist studio and control rooms with enhanced acoustic performance, incorporating custom floors, ceilings, glazing, and finishes, all acoustically tested post-completion to ensure the highest standards.
The wider workplace features open-plan, bespoke workstations designed to support future growth, alongside a range of flexible meeting and collaboration spaces, focus areas, coffee points, and social breakout zones, creating a balanced environment that supports both performance and wellbeing.
Mark Anthony Brands – Charlemont
Following the successful completion of their Donnybrook office, Mark Anthony Brands once again entrusted The Interiors Group to deliver the fit out of their new, state-of-the-art workspace in Charlemont, Dublin 2. Spanning two floors and encompassing 45,000 square feet, the new Charlemont office boasts a range of impressive features, including flexible meeting rooms with folding walls, a modern bar and kitchen area, a beautifully designed tasting room, open-plan workspaces, and dedicated collaboration areas to support the diverse needs of their incredible workforce.
Windmill Lane
It was an honour for The Interiors Group to contribute to the enduring legacy of Windmill Lane Studios, an iconic landmark deeply intertwined with Dublin’s vibrant creative heritage and the genesis of U2’s debut album. Our fit out work encompasses the creation of “The Green Room,” a contemporary retreat, designed to offer flexible functionality. This space features relaxation pods and the adaptability to serve as either a serene yoga studio or a dynamic event venue, complete with adjustable lighting to suit diverse needs for both rejuvenation and social interaction. Our involvement extended to the enhancement of the main “Town Hall” area. We introduced a modern café dock, a new stage area to support emerging talents, and adaptable soft furnishings, significantly increasing the space’s versatility for a wide range of events and needs. Furthermore, we constructed the reception area to be a state-of-the-art welcome point, featuring a living wall and a large integrated screen to create a striking first impression. In alignment with Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd’s commitment to sustainability, a significant emphasis was placed on expanding and upgrading facilities for cyclists. The basement bike storage has been revitalised with contemporary wall and floor décor and spacious drying lockers. Additionally, new steam pods have been integrated into the changing rooms, providing a refreshing start to the day for those commuting by bicycle or exercising.
Maldron Hotel – Pearse Street
The Interiors Group took on the challenge of converting meeting rooms into warm, inviting bedroom suites at the Maldron Hotel. Our complete fit-out service involved everything from demolition works, wall construction, furniture, flooring and décor to comprehensive mechanical and electrical installations, resulted in welcoming spaces for guests to enjoy.
Georges Court
The Interiors Group won the tender to design and build a fantastic office space at Georges Court Ground Floor, in Dublin 2. The scope of works included the design and full fit out of the open plan office space to boost collaboration, a welcoming reception area, well equipped meeting and board rooms for the big discussions, quiet pods for focus time and a stylish kitchen and break room for the employees to relax and recharge.
Alafco
The Interiors Group were engaged by Alafco and Savills to provide their brand-new office in Georges Quay. Our team delivered the fit out for a bright open and flexible space that not only gives a more connected feel to staff but also allows for private, acoustically sensitive meetings in a variety of size. This new office allows for growth within the current company, shaping and developing new ways of working.
Bird & Bird
The Interiors Group delivered the fit-out of Bird & Bird Ireland’s new office at St. Stephen’s Green, creating a workplace that reflects the firm’s brand identity while supporting flexibility, functionality, and employee wellbeing.
The project includes a welcoming client reception area incorporating Bird & Bird’s signature purple, pink, and green colour palette, complemented by a solid surface reception desk and acoustic wall panels that enhance both aesthetics and sound performance. Two adaptable boardrooms were designed to convert seamlessly into a larger town hall space, using foldable tables and movable acoustic partitions to support meetings and events. The open-plan office was fully refreshed with new artwork and a dedicated back-of-house print area, while upgraded facilities include refurbished toilets and bespoke joinery within the office canteen. A newly enhanced balcony with planters and terrace furniture provides employees with an inviting outdoor amenity.
Trinseo
Trinseo is a specialty material solutions provider globally, partnering with companies such as The Interiors Group to bring ideas to life in an imaginative, smart, and sustainability-focused manner. They opened their Dublin office in 2022, welcoming 120 new talented employees to our vibrant city. The 17,500 sq. ft. space was delivered as a complete fit out, featuring clean finishes, beautifully designed interiors, and elegant furniture packs, creating a fantastic multi-functional work environment where their staff can connect and collaborate as part of the company’s flexible ways of working.
Baggot Court
Located in the heart of Georgian Dublin and Dublin’s central business district, The Interiors Group was appointed to deliver the fit out for ultra-modern offices on the second floor of this award-winning building, Baggot Court. Superbly executed by our project teams in just 10 weeks, resulting in a bright, contemporary office space with efficient floor plates, bespoke workstations, formal and informal meeting areas, library shelving and tea stations. Ideal for any companies, seeking high profile office space in Dublin’s premier business district.
Aer Soléir
Aer Soléir, the prominent Irish renewable energy firm appointed The Interiors Group to upgrade their office space including the supply and installation of loose and fixed furniture. Our team did the fit out within 8 weeks and delivered a bright and sleek work environment where innovation can thrive.
S&P Global
When S&P Global financial services has opened their new European headquarters in Dublin, The Interiors Group took on the challenge to fit out and transform the empty building site into a modern and stylish office environment where talents can thrive.
Wilton Terrace
The Landlord of Wilton Terrace, a landmark office building situated overlooking the prestigious Grand Canal, appointed our talented team to bring new life into this spectacular building’s interior. Our work included internal refurbishment and fit out works, providing new state of the art shower and changing facilities at basement level, and beautifully made lift lobby/reception area with bespoke desk and furniture on the ground floor to welcome visitors. Across the first and fourth floors the lobbies were upgraded with warm wooden finishes illuminated by inbuilt light features, while the second and fourth floors have undergone a complete transformation, stripped bare and reborn as immaculate Cat A office spaces, ready to accommodate any future tenant.
