Windmill Lane

It was an honour for The Interiors Group to contribute to the enduring legacy of Windmill Lane Studios, an iconic landmark deeply intertwined with Dublin's vibrant creative heritage and the genesis of U2's debut album. Our fit out work encompasses the creation of "The Green Room," a contemporary retreat, designed to offer flexible functionality. This space features relaxation pods and the adaptability to serve as either a serene yoga studio or a dynamic event venue, complete with adjustable lighting to suit diverse needs for both rejuvenation and social interaction. Our involvement extended to the enhancement of the main "Town Hall" area. We introduced a modern café dock, a new stage area to support emerging talents, and adaptable soft furnishings, significantly increasing the space's versatility for a wide range of events and needs. Furthermore, we constructed the reception area to be a state-of-the-art welcome point, featuring a living wall and a large integrated screen to create a striking first impression. In alignment with Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd's commitment to sustainability, a significant emphasis was placed on expanding and upgrading facilities for cyclists. The basement bike storage has been revitalized with contemporary wall and floor décor and spacious drying lockers. Additionally, new steam pods have been integrated into the changing rooms, providing a refreshing start to the day for those commuting by bicycle or exercising.
