It was an honour for The Interiors Group to contribute to the enduring legacy of Windmill Lane Studios, an iconic landmark deeply intertwined with Dublin's vibrant creative heritage and the genesis of U2's debut album. Our work encompasses the creation of "The Green Room," a contemporary retreat, designed to offer flexible functionality. This space features relaxation pods and the adaptability to serve as either a serene yoga studio or a dynamic event venue, complete with adjustable lighting to suit diverse needs for both rejuvenation and social interaction. Our involvement extended to the enhancement of the main "Town Hall" area. We introduced a modern café dock, a new stage area to support emerging talents, and adaptable soft furnishings, significantly increasing the space's versatility for a wide range of events and needs. Furthermore, we constructed the reception area to be a state-of-the-art welcome point, featuring a living wall and a large integrated screen to create a striking first impression. In alignment with Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd's commitment to sustainability, a significant emphasis was placed on expanding and upgrading facilities for cyclists. The basement bike storage has been revitalized with contemporary wall and floor décor and spacious drying lockers. Additionally, new steam pods have been integrated into the changing rooms, providing a refreshing start to the day for those commuting by bicycle or exercising.

We transformed the space into a vibrant and inspiring work environment that perfectly reflects Yahoo's brand identity, providing a range of diverse spaces to support the needs of more than 300 employees. This includes flexible meeting and training rooms, an inviting cafeteria for socializing, a spacious new-generation conference room and a fully equipped gym and wellness area to encourage relaxation and rejuvenation. The project was completed as per the required schedule and within budget, resulting in increased client satisfaction.

The new health centre was completed on programme and within budget to support the provision of planned healthcare services for patients and clients within the community-based setting of the Omni Shopping Centre and its surrounds.

The Landlord of Wilton Terrace, a landmark office building situated overlooking the prestigious Grand Canal, appointed our talented team to bring new life into this spectacular building’s interior. Our work included internal refurbishment and upgrade works, providing new state of the art shower and changing facilities at basement level, and beautifully made lift lobby/reception area with bespoke desk and furniture on the ground floor to welcome visitors. Across the first and fourth floors the lobbies were upgraded with warm wooden finishes illuminated by inbuilt light features, while the second and fourth floors have undergone a complete transformation, stripped bare and reborn as immaculate Cat A office spaces, ready to accommodate any future tenant.

Due to additional growth, Citrix has decided to rent the lower two floors of the building they currently occupied. The Interiors Group were tasked with fitting out these floors and transform the empty shell of the building to a vibrant, and colourful open plan work environment which encourages open collaboration and social interaction. This included the build of meeting rooms, training rooms, games room, break out space, acoustic booths, full servery area and a fully equipped kitchen. Once this part of the project was finalised, we have migrated Citrix to the completed floors enabling the two floors above to be upgraded including a live comms room relocation, full mechanical & electrical upgrades and the procurement of a brand-new contemporary furniture pack. At last, by not least, The Interiors Group also installed the “Monument of Light” to the old, tired looking reception area which has completely transformed the space. Citrix now have a state-of-the-art office to grow and attract top talents for their business.

For our client it was important that we took all the key learnings from the pandemic to create a space where their culture can thrive and allow the new ways of working. We delivered open plan office layout, casual breakout space, welcoming reception area incorporating the elements of nature, and sustainability. The new office has high environmental credentials including energy consumption of 30% less than a standard building, 64% green roof to promote biodiversity, a rainwater harvesting system and fitted solar panels to offset energy demand.

The TIG project team completed this project within 12 weeks working in collaboration with our in-house design team, and furniture department. The result was a sleek contemporary space featuring neutral colour palettes, modern and functional furniture pack with built in biophilic elements, fixed glazing manifestations, feature walls and unique space dividers making the work environment welcoming and practical.

The Citywest Hotel is currently the largest hotel in Ireland comprising over 770 bedrooms, leisure centre, and extensive conference/banqueting facilities. The interiors group were tasked with the re-design and fit out of over 300 rooms’ interior in the main hotel including 75 superior rooms and 20 PLM (People with Limited Mobility) rooms. Each room required a full upgrade including bathroom tiling and accessories, room furniture, curtains, carpet, electrics and mechanical works. The main challenge of this project was that each phase had to be completed in a live hotel environment with restricted working hours, hence the logistics had to be extremely considerate. Our teams however rose to the challenge and completed the project within the promised time-period.
