The Interiors Group were engaged by Aberdeen Standard and CBRE to provide their brand new office in the heart of Dublin’s Business District. With open plan & break out areas to the front of the building overlooking the bustling Baggot Street and meeting rooms to the rear of the space we made best use of differing requirements in terms of usage and acoustic needs.
A formal reception area wasn’t required so we an informal seating area which could double as an meeting area providing greater flexibility. We also delivered a folding wall between the eight & six-person meeting allowing this space to easily transform into an eighteen-person formal boardroom when required.
The location is fantastic for an office but challlanging from a product delivery and waste disposal perspective but with a little early planning we overcame these issues to deliver a fabulous office to meet our clients wishes and expectations
