Citrix due to additional growth decided to rent the lower two floors of the building they currently occupied. The Interiors Group were tasked with fitting out the lower two floors from Cat A to Cat B including open plan, meeting rooms, training rooms, games room, break out space, acoustic booths, full servery are and kitchen. Once this was complete Citrix then migrated to these floors to enable the remaining two floors to be upgraded to the new specification and layout including a live comms room relocation, mechanical & electrical upgardes and a full toilet upgrade aong with all new furniture ceilings, decorations & carpet. The Interiors Group also installed the “Monument of Light” to an old tired reception are which has transformed the space. Citrix now have a state-of-the-art office and room to expand into the space and attract top talent.
