This space was the first to be completed and occupied within the newly constructed Number One Ballsbridge, a landmark development in Dublin 4. TIG collaborated closely with JLL and CMIG on the design and delivery of this modern, engaging and client focused space.
Staying “on brand” the reception area boasts a stunning angular reception desk mirroring an aircraft wing and tying the client’s core business into the design. Linking that design into the winged ceiling within the boardroom and finishing off this high end space with bespoke seating and a sleek boardroom table, these two areas are connected with a minimalist glazing treatment allowing the Dublin skyline flood into the reception via the corner boardroom. A key element of the design was the internal glazing manifestations showing flight paths and plane icons bringing a fun feel to the corporate space.
This Impressive and welcoming space was delivered both Cat A and Cat B build in 8 weeks including full M&E, Comms Room and client occupation.
