IWG Spaces

IWG asked The Interiors Group to provide IWG’s first ever “SPACES” offering in Ireland. TIG remodelled the existing space including new reception, meeting booths, co-working hubs, meeting rooms & severty area in the club café area on the ground floor and amix of cellular & open plan flexible space on the upper floors. The extra ceiling height & full height glazing on the ground floor give the space a light and airy feel, ideal for co-working and collaboration. The project was a fantastic success with occupancy levels running close to one hundred percent within the first three months of opening which is unheard off in the serviced office industry.
