Standard & Poor’s Global are the globally known credit rating agency who asked The Interiors Group to deliver their new office space in Waterways house, Dublin. S&P were the first tenant who moved into the recently renovated building. A predominantly open plan floor creates a light and bright working environment, utilising the perimeter full height glazing, with a concentrated working zone for executives. We created a 14-person flexible boardroom plus a variety of meeting rooms and collaboration zones. In order to maximise the natural light, the majority of internal walls are fitted with the Shoreditch style glass partitions. The client also required the communications room up and running within the first week of construction to allow their IT team to begin their comms room build out.
