The Anchorage

The Anchorage is a high-profile Grade A building with very high specification finishes throughout. TIG were appointed by BNP Paribas to deliver the return to CAT A of the First and Second Floors Complete with full mechanical upgrade to tenants and landlord plant. Over a 9 week period we stripped the existing fit-out inclusive of full M&E re-fit and WCs on both floors, returning the floors to Grade A open plan spaces ready for market.
