Anti-Corruption Statement

The Interiors Group has traded successfully over the past decade building up its business in  order to become a leader in office fit out in Ireland and abroad.

We insist on honesty, integrity and fairness in all aspects of our business. Our reputation is  built on our values as a company, the values of our employees and our collective  commitment to acting with integrity throughout our organisation.

The Interiors Group condemns corruption in all its forms and we will not tolerate it in our  business or in those with whom we do business. The direct or indirect offer, payment,  soliciting or acceptance of bribes is unacceptable.

Our Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy sets out the relevant standards of behaviour in detail.  We expect all those whom we employ or with whom we work and do business to read,  understand and comply with the Policy. The Policy is intended to be of help to all those doing  business with us or working with or for us in any capacity. If convicted of a bribery offence,  The Interiors Group risks a significant fine and lasting reputational damage. If any individual  is convicted of a bribery offence, that person is likely to face up to ten years in prison. If you have any questions about anything set out in this statement, or you need to discuss  any issue arising from it, please contact Trevor Schwer.
