Ancestry

 

The Interiors Group were appointed by Ancestry, the global genealogy company, to design and build their new office located on the 10th floor of the landmark Exo building in the Dublin Docklands area. 

It represented Ancestry’s first new pilot office project post-Covid incorporating their innovative hybrid work policies. As such, there was an enormous focus on the flexibility, functionality and adaptable design of the proposed space. 

Ancestry wanted their new HQ to reflect their values as a company for high quality, innovative and forward-thinking design, collaborative working and innovation. 

Key features of the new office include:

  • Executive Boardroom
  • Multi-functional Meeting Rooms/Town Hall
  • 40 nr. open plan workstations
  • Staff Canteen & Kitchen
  • Wellness Room
  • Focus and Collaboration Areas
  • Events Space and Coffee Bar

In response to an evolving workplace, including hybrid working and collaboration needs, the design strategy enabled Ancestry to downsize from their previous 11,000sqft office space to 5,500sqft – whilst still accommodating the requirements of the business and their 120 staff. 

Yahoo

 

Another successful and fantastic project in the iconic Exo building that we are delighted to showcase. 

Yahoo’s new 35,000 sq. ft. office spanning across the first two floors, that we have successfully converted into a lively and inspiring space that truly reflects Yahoo’s brand and offering diverse workspaces for up to 350 employees.

This included:

  • Fully open plan office design
  • Adaptable meeting and training rooms
  • A welcoming cafeteria
  • A new-generation conference room
  • Fully equipped gym
  • Dedicated wellness zones for relaxation.

Despite the fast-paced nature of this project, we managed to deliver on time and within budget, demonstrating our team’s agility and unwavering commitment to excellence.

CBTax

 

The Interiors Group was delighted to have the opportunity to Design & Deliver the very first Dublin office of CBTax.

This state of the art workspace has been designed with our client’s needs in mind, with every detail considered to create a space that encourages seamless collaboration and a welcoming atmosphere.

The stunning interiors feature contemporary furniture pack, biophilic design elements and a well-equipped sleek kitchen, providing the everyday comfort to the talented people of this incredible company.

Kilmore House

 

A comprehensive upgrade has transformed 111,000 sq. ft. space within the iconic 20-year-old Kilmore House, including the installation of 70 new fan coil units, 190 solar panels, a state-of-the-art Air Handling Unit, new, proficient Chiller Plant and energy-efficient LED lighting.

In addition to these upgrade works, the newly constructed basement shower and changing room facilities offers future tenants a more environmentally friendly approach to their daily commute.

This dedication to energy sufficiency and environmental mindfulness aims to significantly improve the Building Energy Rating, and attract eco-conscious tenants, demonstrating our skills and commitment to creating exceptional, sustainable spaces.

LCI Aviation

 

LCI, a leading aviation company which is uniquely positioned across the helicopter, commercial fixed-wing and advanced air mobility sectors, appointed The Interiors Group to design and build their new, 4,000 sq. ft. Dublin office HQ, a new hub of creativity, collaboration and innovation. The TIG project team completed this project within 12 weeks working in collaboration with our in-house design team, and furniture department. The result was a sleek contemporary space featuring neutral colour palettes, modern and functional furniture pack with built in biophilic elements, fixed glazing manifestations, feature walls and unique space dividers making the work environment welcoming and practical.

XDanu – The Freight Building

 

XDanu’s space within The Freight Building offers a best in class bespoke flexible office solution by setting a new standard for work-life balance, sustainability and innovation. 
The Interiors Group was given the exciting task of designing and building their impressive 12,500 sq. ft. interiors across two floors. We achieved a fresh and modern industrial look by using shipping container-like metal cladding and exposed concrete columns, complemented by green elements to soften the environment. 

While the ground floor features a mix of hot desking areas, meeting rooms, video conference booths, podcast rooms, and a content creation studio, the first floor is more office-focused, with canteen and collaboration areas.

Our design caters to the flexible nature of XDanu’s services, ensuring their space can accommodate a wide range of purposes.
